Please understand that you are ordering a custom bat made to your exact specifications and therefore cannot be cancelled OVER the 24 hours of submission. Each bat is made to each individual's choice of model, length, weight, color combinations and name personalization, and therefore is not suitable for sale to any other person. Normal production time is 2-3 weeks.
If the bat is received by the buyer damaged in any way, you have 24 hours to return the bat in it's received state. The bat must be brand new (except for any defects) and in it's original packaging.
As the cardholder on this order, I give my permission to Bones Bats to ship my order to the shipping address specified on this order.
